关于做好 2026 年劳动节假期研究生安全管理工作的通知

各研究生培养单元(实验室/中心)、各位导师及全体研究生:

根据中国科学院大学通知要求及版纳植物园相关工作部署,为确保劳动节假期研究生安全有序,现将相关事项通知如下:

一、放假时间安排

1.版纳植物园统一放假时间:2026 年 5 月 1 日至 5 月 5 日,共 5 天。

2.调休安排:5 月 9 日(星期六)正常上班学习。

3.集中教学研究生:按国科大及联培高校统一安排执行。

二、假期管理要求

(一)去向登记与信息台账

1.全体研究生(含联培和国际学生)须于 2026 年 4月 30日前,如实填写《2026年劳动节假期研究生去向信息登记表》(在线表单:https://docs.qq.com/form/page/DSXduTVRmWW5ZbXdW#/fill)。

2.各研究组及导师应每日掌握本组学生动态,确保假期联络畅通。

(二)严格请销假制度

1.休假时间超出统一安排的学生,须事先提交经导师及研究组/部门负责人审批签字的《请假申请单》(见附件),报研究生处备案后方可离园。

2.纸质假条交至研究生处,同时电子版统一发送至 yanjiusheng@xtbg.ac.cn。

3.未经批准不得擅自离园或变更行程。

(三)按时返园报到

1.假期结束后,学生应于规定时间内返园,向导师报到并完成销假。

2.因故不能按时返园的,须事先向导师和研究生处说明情况并办理续假。

3.研究生处将组织返岗抽查,逾期未归且未履行请假手续者,按国科大及园相关规定处理。

三、留园学生管理

1.备案要求:假期留园学生信息将从《2026 年劳动节假期研究生去向信息登记表》中筛选汇总,请相关学生务必如实填报,经导师确认后由研究生处统一备案管理。

2.导师职责:导师是留园学生教育管理的第一责任人。留园期间,导师需确保学生安全及实验安全。

3.谈心关怀:各研究组应在节前对留园学生开展一次谈心谈话,了解学生思想动态和实际困难,及时回应诉求。

四、安全责任与防范

(一)离园前安全自查

1.妥善安排实验进程,做好数据备份。

2检查宿舍、实验室的水、电、气,关闭非必要电源,锁好门窗。

3.贵重物品妥善保管,注意防火防盗。

(二)假期安全提示

1.交通安全:不乘坐非法运营车辆,恶劣天气减少出行。

2.人身安全:不前往未开发区域,不参与高风险活动。

3.财物安全:增强防诈骗意识,谨防电信诈骗、网络诈骗。

4.网络文明:自觉遵守法律法规和网络规范,不传播不实信息。

Notice: Safety and Management Guidelines for 2026 Labor Day Holiday

To: All Research Units (Labs/Centers), Supervisors, and Graduate Students

Under the directives of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS) and Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden (XTBG), the following arrangements are issued to ensure student safety and orderly campus management during the 2026 Labor Day holiday.

I. Holiday Schedule

Holiday Period: May 1 (Friday) May 5 (Tuesday), 2026 (5 days).

Working Day Adjustment: May 9 (Saturday) is a mandatory working and study day.

Centralized Teaching:Students currently in coursework must follow the specific schedules of UCAS or their respective joint universities.

II. Travel Registration and Leave Procedures

1. Mandatory Registration: All students (including international and joint-program students) must submit their holiday itinerary via the 2026 Labor Day Travel Tracker (Online form: [https://docs.qq.com/form/page/DSXduTVRmWW5ZbXdW] by April 30, 2026.

2.Supervisor Oversight: Supervisors must stay informed of their students' locations and maintain reliable communication throughout the break.

3.Extended Leave: Any absence exceeding the official 5-day holiday requires prior approval. Students must submit a Leave Application Form (signed by supervisor and department head) to the Graduate Education Department before departure.

4. Submission: Submit the original paper form to the office and email a digital copy to yanjiusheng@xtbg.ac.cn. Unauthorized departures or itinerary changes are strictly prohibited.

5. Returning to Campus:Students must return on schedule and check in with their supervisors. For delayed returns, an official extension must be requested in advance. The department will conduct spot checks; unexcused absences will be penalized per UCAS and XTBG regulations.

III. On-Campus Student Management

1. Registration: On-campus students will be identified through the Travel Tracker. Please ensure all data is accurate for safety filing.

2. Supervisorial Responsibility: Supervisors are the primary persons responsible for the safety of their students staying on campus, particularly regarding laboratory operations.

3. Well-being Check: Research groups should conduct a brief check-in with on-campus students before the holiday to address any difficulties or concerns.

IV. Safety and Security

Pre-departure Checklist: Before leaving, secure all research data, turn off non-essential power/water/gas in dorms and labs, and lock all doors and windows.

Personal Safety: Avoid illegal transportation and minimize travel during extreme weather. Do not enter undeveloped areas or engage in high-risk activities.

Fraud Prevention: Stay vigilant against telecommunications and online scams.

Online Conduct: Adhere to internet regulations and refrain from spreading unverified information.
