研究方向:

聚焦豆科植物发育、功能基因挖掘及分子育种。在基础研究层面,系统性研究豆科植物复叶等器官形态建成的遗传与细胞学基础,揭示其背后的保守调控模块(如KNOX、LFY/FLO)及其物种特异性调控网络,成果发表于 Nature Plants、Nature Communications、Plant Cell、New Phytologist、Cell Reports等期刊,并形成领域综述(发表于Current Opinion in Plant Biology)。在应用层面,基于发掘的关键基因(如PINNA1、PINNA2、MPL1等),利用基因编辑与分子育种技术,对紫花苜蓿、鹰嘴豆等重要豆科作物的株型、产量与品质性状进行遗传改良。未来,将借助基因编辑、多组学与活体成像等技术,在深化发育机制认知的同时,将发现的关键基因与调控模块应用于豆科牧草/作物的分子设计育种,创制高产、优质新种质。
